With over 12 years of recruitment experience, Kunal has worked as a bilingual Tech Recruiter at Amazon Web Services Japan (AWS) and as an Agency Recruiter at leading recruitment companies in Japan. He then launched and built two Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) businesses and partnered with global and local enterprise and start-up companies in the IT, Technology, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Retail, Manufacturing and Consumer sectors to help them achieve their recruiting goals. Leveraging his recruitment experience and industry know-how, he founded ACG in January 2022 with the purpose of building a team of world class recruitment professionals and deliver sustainable recruiting solutions to organizations in Japan. He is originally from Mumbai, India and is bilingual in English and Japanese languages.
With over 15 years of recruitment experience, Joshua has successfully helped many companies build their organizations through recruitment and talent acquisition best practices. Starting his recruitment career with a Global Recruitment Company as an Engineer and Sales Recruiter, he then moved on to work for a leading RPO firm supporting clients in the Technology and Retail Sectors as an Onsite Consultant and Team Leader. He then took his knowledge in-house, working as a Senior Recruiter and Talent Acquisition Leader for Japanese and Multinational Technology companies (Software and Ad Tech). Based in Tokyo, he has recruitment experience in multiple markets: Japan, Korea, Singapore, India, and Australia. Joshua is originally from California and is bilingual in English and Japanese.
After graduating from college in Canada, Yoshi started his career locally. After returning to Japan, he has been involved in recruitment since 2007, with about 15 years of experience in corporate recruitment (new graduates / mid-career), HRBP, staffing agent consulting and HR industry. His areas of expertise are in IT / Technology, Manufacturing and Retail. In his most recent experience, Yoshi was a mid-career recruiter to support hiring for a global IT company. He supported to build and improve the brand image of a business unit, with a track record of executing mass hiring at various levels.
